As we rode out to Fanario…

I’ve been a bit obsessed with this one song by Among the Oak and Ash, called Peggy-O, and as of right now it’s my favorite crafting song. The thing that bugs me is that there really isn’t a Fanario anywhere; Peggy-O is a rewriting of a an old Scottish folk song. It got me thinking as to how people change things over time and make things different, little by little, till they become something different in each person’s mind and hands. It kind of extends to cardmaking, doesn’t it? Just some food for thought.

Here’s a card for today. I hope you like it ;-)

Cardstock: Bazzill Basics; Patterned paper: Heidi Grace; Ribbon: Craft Supply; Pearls: K and Company; Stamp: Hero Arts; Ink: StazOn.

Super simple, and I must admit probably a rehash of one of my older sketches that I came up with before I even had a creative blog. Little things can make a big difference, can’t they? Oh, and the pic is just a bit shady on that corner there. I had one without it, but it washed out the glitter effect! At least you can see that it’s shiny on the surface :-D

Have a good day!
